About the Event
200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
Our next 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training begins in January 2027 and runs over eight months.
This will be our fourth teacher training cohort, and we’re excited to offer a comprehensive, supportive program designed to deepen your understanding and experience of yoga, both on and off the mat.
Certified by the Canadian Yoga Alliance, the program explores asana, anatomy, alignment, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, sequencing and teaching methodology, while giving you the opportunity to develop your own authentic teaching style.
