Service Description
Join us for a balanced yoga experience that blends the best of both worlds. Our class begins with a rejuvenating Hatha practice, where you'll move through a series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With an emphasis on alignment and breath, this portion of the class energizes and awakens the body, setting a solid foundation for your practice. As we transition into the second half of the class, we shift into a soothing sequence of restorative poses. These longer-held, supported postures will help you deeply relax, release tension, and restore balance to both body and mind. It's the perfect way to unwind and nourish yourself after an active practice. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're looking to build your practice or simply unwind. Come prepared to move, breathe, and experience deep relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you arrive at the studio 5 to 10 minutes before class begins as classes begin on time. For everyone's safety, the door will be locked at the start of the practice. Our cancellation policy for reserved practices: For those booking with any of our Unlimited packages, a cancellation charge of $20 will apply for those who cancel less than 1 hour before class or don't attend without prior notice. For those booking with a class pack, you will have that class removed as if you attended for those who cancel less than 1 hour before class or don't attend without prior notice. I ask that you do cancel your practice, if you know you're unable to attend, which would allow me to open up last-minute spaces for those waiting to join and keeps classes accessible to all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
