An hour long practice where we build on traditional Hatha poses with weights and props (optional) to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. Will it be challenging? Yes! Is it fun? Yes! Does it build functional fitness to assist you throughout your daily activities? Yes

We kindly request that you arrive at the studio 5 to 10 minutes before class begins as classes begin on time. For everyone's safety, the door will be locked at the start of the practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
