Owner/ Yoga Instructor
Janice Duffy
I’m a Prince Edward County local and feel fortunate to do this work in the community where I grew up. Over time, what I offer has evolved, but the intention remains the same: to help people move, breathe, and feel a little more at ease in their bodies and minds.
Like many here, I’ve moved through different seasons of life: busy, active, slowing down, starting over, and those experiences shape how I teach. I don’t see this work as separate from real life, but as something that runs alongside it.
In both group classes and one-on-one sessions, I meet people where they are. That might mean adapting movement for comfort, building strength over time, or simply creating space to slow down and notice how you feel.
There’s no need to perform or “get it right.” The focus is practical, sustainable movement paired with mindfulness that carries into everyday life.
At its core, this work is about creating a bit more steadiness, clarity, and ease in the middle of a busy life.
Yoga Instructor
Stephanie Rose
Stephanie is a certified yoga teacher based in Prince Edward County who brings warmth and
creativity to every class. She loves teaching Hatha, Gentle, and Light Flow practices, often
using props to make yoga more accessible and supportive. With a background in education and the performing arts, she balances structure with playfulness in her teaching.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll often find Stephanie performing with local theatre groups like Shatterbox, or preparing for her upcoming role in Cabaret. She’s passionate about building community—whether on the mat or on the stage.
Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master
Jeff Phinney
With a care for holistic wellness, I guide others through the transformative practices of yoga and reiki. Growing up in this vibrant community, I look to give back where I can.
I offer a stronger yoga practices that challenge and empower participants, while my reiki sessions focus on relaxation, stress relief, and revitalizing energy. My goal is to create a nurturing space where individuals can connect with their inner selves and find balance in their lives.
Join me on this journey to wellness and rejuvenation.
Reflexologist
Stephanie MacDougal
Hi! I’m Stephanie. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have completed my Hatha and Yin yoga teacher training with Serendipity Yoga & Wellness.
When I’m not in the studio or at home tinkering away with yoga sequences or music or testing out props, I’m often out on the water-kayaking, on a SUP board or competing with the my dragon boat team.
I’m looking forward to sharing all the things I love about yoga with our community.
