Jeff and I are quickly approaching the five year anniversary of attending our first yoga practice and the one year anniversary of opening our in-home studio - Serendipity Yoga (brick & mortar).

Yoga continues to be a primary focus in our lives and we're so fortunate to be able to bring it to many within our community.

Our studio is still a work in progress (as are we) and we send much gratitude to those who have partnered with us along the way. We are so proud of the community that has been built where people can practice together and have fun in workshops and events at the studio and online, while making new friends.

To mark our anniversaries, during the month of October, we are offering the following:

 - New Client Special - "14 days of unlimited yoga for $30"

 - Annual Unlimited Membership $799 (which also includes a 25% discount on all workshops throughout the year)

And, we ask that you join us for complementary practices (In studio* and online) on Monday October 4th (no class pass required) to celebrate on the day of our Anniversary.

(Space instudio is limited so please register for these spots soon).

About Us

I love active classes and try to strike a balance between vigorous and more laid-back yoga. My hope is that classes are relaxed and fun while also being focused and precise. I want to encourage students to move at their own pace and work slowly toward more challenging yoga poses.
My yoga teaching style draws on several types of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga,. My main teaching style, though, is rooted in a breath-based Hatha practice.

The unique practice of yoga, encompassing body, mind and spirit, intrigued me and from that first calming breath in class, I knew I had found what I was looking for. Being active and having just completed my first half marathon, I also realized the physical benefits of yoga; incorporating the practice as an effective method of cross-training, to strengthen and tone, as well as increasing flexibility to reduce the risk of injury. I then began to deepen my own practice and decided to share my love of yoga with others.
I have recently found a new passion which builds on my yoga fundamentals: Movement and Mobility.  Leading classes where we play with poses and challenge our bodies to move in different ways to reawaken our muscles and increase our functional fitness.
I look forward to seeing you on your mat and guiding you through your Yoga experience.
