Service Description
Slow Flow yoga is a gentle and introspective practice that focuses on moving slowly and mindfully through a sequence of poses. It blends elements of Hatha yoga with Vinyasa flow, emphasizing breath awareness, alignment, and mindfulness. In a Slow Flow class, practitioners are encouraged to synchronize their movements with their breath, allowing for a deep connection between the body and the mind. The pace is deliberate, giving students the opportunity to explore each pose with awareness and intention. The sequences in Slow Flow yoga are often designed to gradually build heat and strength in the body while promoting flexibility and relaxation. Poses may be held for longer durations, allowing for a deeper stretch and an opportunity to explore sensations within the body.
